Here's something a lot of roofing companies won't say: most of the roof repair calls we run in Greenwood, Bargersville, and Franklin aren't a failing roof. They're a failing detail. A pipe boot that dry-rotted and cracked. Flashing that pulled away from a chimney. A handful of shingles that a spring wind creased or carried off. Those are real leaks doing real drywall damage, but they're repairs, not replacements, and we quote them that way.
Water is also sneaky. The stain on your ceiling is almost never directly under the hole. We trace the leak to its entry point, fix that, and check the path it traveled so you're not calling us again after the next storm.

Repair or replace? The honest math.
A repair makes sense when the roof around it still has life: shingles lying flat, granules mostly intact, decking solid. When we're repairing the same roof for the third time, or the whole field is brittle and balding, we'll show you photos and say so, because at that point repair money is replacement money on layaway. Fast. We answer within about 30 minutes from 7am to 7pm every day, and active leaks jump the line. If weather won't allow a same-day repair, we can tarp the roof to stop the bleeding first.
We match manufacturer, profile, and color as closely as possible. On an older, sun-faded roof an exact match isn't always physically possible, and we'll show you the closest option before we start.
If wind or hail caused the damage, yes, possibly. Greenwood and Whiteland have both taken hail above the one-inch claim threshold in the last two seasons. We'll tell you straight whether what we see looks like a claim, and help you document it if it does.
