The Reasonable Roofers started in 2016 with more than 20 years of construction experience behind it and one observation: around Indianapolis, homeowners were paying wildly different prices for the same roof, and the difference was mostly marketing. We decided to be the other kind of company. Fair pricing you can understand, craftsmanship we'd put on our own houses, and communication that doesn't leave you wondering where your roofer went.
We're your trusted roofing partner for roof replacements first and foremost, from historic homes near downtown Franklin to brand-new builds in Bargersville's subdivisions. Whether it's a complex repair or a simple new installation, every project gets the same precision and care, because integrity and customer satisfaction are the two things a small local company actually runs on.
More than shingles
Because we come from construction, not sales, we handle the whole exterior system: roof replacement, repair, gutters, and siding, where we'll match your colors or give you a whole new curb appeal. We fly drone roof inspections with thermal imaging so you see what we see, and we're certified for lead-based paint remediation, which matters more than people realize on the older homes this county is full of.
How we behave on your property
- We answer. About 30 minutes to a reply, 7am to 7pm, every day of the week.
- We quote in plain numbers, then leave you alone to decide. No pressure calls.
- We protect the place. Tarps over landscaping, magnet sweeps for nails, debris hauled off.
- We walk the finished job with you before we consider it done.
- We're honest when the answer is "your roof is fine." Ask anyone who's called us expecting bad news.

The fine print, up front
The Reasonable Roofers is the DBA of TRIEXTERIOR SOLUTIONS LLC, licensed and insured, based in Bargersville, Indiana. Half down covers materials when you accept a quote, the balance is due at completion, and referrals earn 10% of the job cost up to $500. That's the whole structure. Reasonable, like we said.
